We purchased a used car from Woody Butts Chevrolet. The customer service is exceptional. Terry Ware was outstanding. He was friendly and helpful. If he did not have an answer to a question or had to leave to get something, he was practically running. He never seemed annoyed or impatient. He truly seemed to be there to serve us. No one ever tried to pressure us or "talk down" to us. It is evident that every customer is important to them. The work ethic of the staff is exceptional; every employee we saw was "hustling". Woody Butts Chevrolet is staffed with excellent employees who understand the importance of great customer service!

I used car buying service through USAA to find the car that I was looking for. Kandy was responsive by email, but did not badger me into a sale.
I had no service done at the dealership so quality of work was n/a.
Kandy, along with all the other employees I came into contact with were friendly, respectful, and willing to assist.
My overall experience was great with this dealership. I came in, test drove the car, made a couple of phone calls, signed a couple papers and left. Very easy.
Price was great. by the time we arrived to view the car, my USAA car buying service price I walked in with was $1000+ more than what they sold the vehicle to me for. Can't complain about that.

After doing research on the internet, found Woody Butts website and saw a family mini-van that we were interested in. We drove to Cochran and met Alan. Looking for a car can be a headache!! I waited 2 months to replace my Ford Escape that was totaled. I was devastated. I wanted another one but this time a hybrid. I happen to run across Woody Butts in my junk mail!! I called that day which was a Sunday and left a message. To my surprise I received a call back from Scott. He also made a trip to the dealership to see if it was still there. Sure enough, it was. So, my husband and I rode out there Monday and as they say the rest is history!!! I had been looking for a deal on a second vehicle for my family for over a year. I needed something to meet our needs but not put more stress on our finances. I checked out autotrader.com and found the perfect vehicle for us. I was able to see everything about the vehicle online including detailed photos and descriptions as well as Car fax and accident reports. Everything looked great online an I was already sold. All that was left was to drive it. I contacted Alan Heath via Facebook, which allowed he and I to correspond quickly and thoroughly throughout the day. He gave me ask the information I needed and asked for and we made arrangements for me to drive the vehicle that afternoon. There was another customer who had first dibs due to him making arrangements before I did and when Alan told me that customer would have to have the chance to purchase the vehicle before me, my heart sank! I mean, it was a great truck at an incredible price! Of first that guy was gonna buy it........and I just knew I would be back to the hunt once again. Alan kept me posted throughout the day and when the other customer decided not to buy....Alan sent me a message to come get MY truck! I was too excited! I called my husband and told him to be ready to go to Cochran that afternoon....... Alan and I corresponded as I made my way to the dealership. He met me as I got on the lot and I felt like I was meeting an old friend. Alan was extremely nice and genuine. He put me in the truck for a test drive and when I decided I wanted out for sure, the rest was quick simple and painless. No hassle. No gimmicks. No sales pitch. I enjoyed my experience purchasing from Woody Butts Chevrolet and their availability on line was a HUGE help to me. Before, we were a family of 5 with life pulling us every direction with work and sports and just day to day activities. Now we have a roomy vehicle and are no longer confined to the trapped feeling of not being able to go our do what we need to do sure to one small vehicle. HUGE THANKS TO ALAN HEATH FOR ALL THE HELP GAVE ME AND FOR MAKING BUYING A VEHICLE SIMPLE AND EASY!

Very friendly staff. Transactions was easy. Kandi helped with the financial process after I told her I had applied online with the lender previously. Great work Kandi. Vehicle was clean and ready to go. I did notice that the gas tank was not full, I am used to any car sale to have a full tank of gas. Overall, great experience.

On a hot day in June, I set out to buy a new car for my wife. I was looking on the internet and found a vehicle that interested me at Woody Butts Chevrolet in Cochran, Georgia. It was priced well below book value. I also noticed that the car was sitting on grass, not asphalt. I could picture it sitting at my home. I called the dealership to find out if the price was right and if they still had it. Sure enough, they did. I spoke with a salesman named Alan Heath. He was very nice, not pushy like the ones I had dealt with in the past. I told him I would be coming to look at the car that day. When I arrived, I noticed the wide selection of all makes and models of cars, trucks, and suv’s. The dealership looked very simple, not extravagant or flashy. When I got out of my car, no salesmen bombarded me. I walked to the front door and noticed two men standing outside. They greeted me, shook my hand, and offered to get the key for the vehicle I was interested in test driving. After the test drive, I was ready to sit down and take care of the paper work. I noticed the atmosphere was quaint and matter of fact. I also felt as though I was visiting with friends, not sales people. While waiting to speak to the finance manager, the same man I spoke with out front sat down beside me. I found out that he was none other than Mr. Woody Butts himself. I was actually having a conversation with the man that started the business from the ground up. After all was said and done, my wife and I drove away in her new car. One thing I learned was that it is still possible to buy a great car at an excellent price from truly honest, hardworking, kind, and considerate people. We searched all over trying to find a great truck and found one at Woody Butts Chevrolet through Autotrader. We contacted Alan Heath and he promptly returned our call. He was very nice and very professional and gave great detail for the truck. After talking several times, we decided to make the long trip from out of state. Once we arrived at the dealership, Alan had the truck ready for us to see and test drive. The truck looked brand new inside and out and was presented just as described. There was not one uneasy thing about the truck or the dealership. Everyone was friendly and Alan made the whole process very easy. We recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to check out Woody Butts Chevrolet! It was definitely worth the drive for a great deal and nice people to work with.

My husband and I discovered Woody Butts on Autotrader while trying to find a decent price on a new car. Their prices were so low compared to their competitors that I contacted them before making the drive from Warner Robins to make sure that there was no mistake on the listed prices. I can honestly say that my previous experience with car dealerships and salesmen would make a root canal seem like a pleasurable experience- high pressure sales tactics, manipulation, hidden fees, and outright lies are what I expected when I walked into this dealership.... and I have to say that I was very much mistaken. The first thing I noticed when I sat down at the desk of Allen Heath (who I would certainly recommend to anyone) was a beat up bible sitting on a stack of papers. We had spent days looking at other dealerships, only to leave feeling frustrated and exhausted from all the wheeling and dealing attempted by the salesmen. From the moment we walked through the door here, we were treated with honesty and respect. When we were presented with an offer that was too high for us and we declined, they were apologetic that they couldn't do more to help us- instead of trying to stick us in a vehicle that we couldn't afford like every other place had tried to do. When we did come to an agreement on price, we were able to use our own financing- instead of being coerced into using the in-house financing so that the dealership could get throw-backs like other dealerships had tried to do to us. All in all, it was a great experience and I will most certainly be coming back for my next vehicle. Thank you Woody Butts Chevrolet!

Woody Butts Chevrolet was great to us. We found a car online, contacted the dealership through email and Terry Ware emailed us back immediately. We contacted him several times throughout our searching process and was very pleased at the responses we received. When we arrived at the dealer Terry made us feel very welcome and was very attentive. The car was just as they had described it online. This was the BEST car buying experience ever, and, I have bought alot of cars. I found Woody Butts Chevrolet online, and, they had the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. My husband is AD military so we are on a very strict budget, also, time is not a luxury i have to waste on stupid sales people tricks. I contacted them online and was immediately contacted by Allen Heath, we scheduled an appt, of which I was extremely late for. However, I was greeted with pleasantness and honesty. I looked up the value of the vehicle on kelly blue book. com and the price they were selling the vehicle was exactly the same as it was valued, so there was no senseless haggering over the price, nor, did they hassle me to purchase a vehicle i did not want or need. This was not a convential purchase for them I'm sure as being military nothing for us ever is, however, they handled the whole situation so professionally and patiently, and, did not make me feel frustrated over our situation. The whole staff was just great, pleasant and helpful. Also, they delivered the vehicle to me clean, full of fuel, and ready to go. And, I do not live in Cochran. This alleviated a huge dilemma for me so no lost sleep or needless stress. I have only just bought the car and have told so many people about this wonderful car dealership, but, amazingly, are the wonderful comments that I am hearing from people about this dealership, so in my mind this is the best way to advertise excellent word of mouth, and, i have only great things to say about the whole dealership, Mr. Allen Heath, and the whole staff. I for one will make all future car purchases from Woody Butts Chevrolet in Cochran, and, will continue to recommend them to anyone I know that is in the market for a car. Car buying is a huge purchase, and, in today's financial climate people want and appreciate honesty and respect, I received both from this dealership, I give 10 stars to this wonderful dealership and staff, all purchases should be this stress free and respectful, all dealerships out there should make it their mission to emulate the Woody Butts Chevrolet dealership, because, they do it the right way, honesty and respect. I rated everything a 5 because Scott bent over backwards to help us get our truck, everyone was really nice and helpful. The truck was clean and in great shape. They have great prices and I will definitely be coming back and sending others as well! I give them all a five!

Allen was honest and did not try to hide a thing. We had a questions about the truck and they put it on the lift and let my friend check it out before we purchased it! They were friendly and helpful. I saw this truck on the internet and traveled over 100 miles to purchase it!

I rated the quality of work as ok instead of great because when we purchased our used truck it had supposedly been cleaned but there were streaks of window cleaner running down the windows inside the truck. It had not been even wiped off. We pointed it out to the salesman but nothing was done about it.

Our experience was great! We drove 3.5 hours to find our new purchase and it was well worth the trip. Alan was waiting on us when we pulled up to the dealership and greeted us like he had known us for years. We purchased a 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer from him, which he had parked out front ready for us to test drive. The dealership has a small hometown feel and everyone is super friendly. You definitely won't be pressured to buy a vehicle from this lot. Alan's goal is to find the right vehicle for you and your family and if they don't have it on the lot then they aren't going to pressure you to buy one. Satisfaction is number one priority, they even follow up with you to make sure you are still happy with your purchase a few days later. I loved the fact that I wasn't hounded or followed around. I wasn't made to feel inferior as I have felt at other dealers. Also, I didn't waste a whole day sitting around in the dealership.

Woody Butts Chevy is a great dealership. They were a very friendly downhome staff that does not pressure you. We felt at home the minute we got there. The price that was given over the phone was the actual price of the vehicle with no surprise charges. We drove 150 miles to do business with them and we would do it again.

The only problems seemed to be computer system related more than people related. The computer interface at the dealership was showing basic information for one vehicle but then would give a Carfax report for a different vehicle. The wrong vehicle sale price for the vehicle I ultimately bought was put on the initial paperwork which I caught after signing. This appeared to be, again, a possible computer glitch of crossing info from one vehicle to another. But the situation was resolved quickly and without any further problems. I do think it is a problem that needs to be addressed in order to improve customer service and satisfaction.

My husband and I had been looking for a car for over a week via internet and didn't find one in our budget. He happened upon this dealership, found the car we wanted and was the right price. Scott contacted my husband, gave him the necessary information to get the paperwork started and we were approved in no time. We live about 2 hours from the dealership and when we got there the car was ready, everyone was extremely friendly and we were in and out in no time. We really enjoyed our experience at Woody Butts Chevrolet. We had been shopping for a used car for 6 months. We visited Woody Butts in August and weren't interested in the car we looked at. Scott Tyner continued to keep in contact with us through email without being annoying or pushy. We recently were researching cars on the internet and Woody Butts came up again with a couple of cars of interest to us. We went, we drove, and we bought. Based on NADA and Kelly Blue Book, we know we got a very good deal. We also liked Mr. Tyner's method of selling cars. He was informative, helpful, but never pushy.

HE WENT OVER EACH OPTION AND GAVE A GREAT DESCRIPTION OF THE ENTIRE CAR. WE AGREED ON A PRICE AND I SET OUT TO TRAVEL UP TO PICK IT UP. I WAS RUNNING OUT OF TIME AFTER REMEMBERING THEY WERE ONE HOUR AHEAD OF ME, CALLED SCOTT AND THE CAR DELIVERED TO ME IN COLUMBUS, GA. SCOTT IS A GREAT ASSET TO WOODY BUTTS CHEVROLET. HE'S ON TOP OF THINGS AND GETS THE JOB DONE. I AM SALES MGR. AT MY MOTORCYCLE DEALERSHIP AND THESE KIND OF SALES PEOPLE ARE RARE. Scott Tyner was the most honest dealer I have ever worked with in my life. He was extremely nice! Woody Butts staff was also nice and welcoming. They had very fair prices and told me if I ever needed anything, please feel free to contact them. Although they are are two and a half hours away- I WILL SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN!

Mr. Tyner was a delight to work with, he was very fair, professional and extremely personable. He was not your typical pushy sales man and addressed all my concerns. I was looking online and found my truck on Woody Butts website this was on a Wednesday night around 8pm I emailed Woody Butts and by 9:30 that night I received a phone call from Scott Tyner who is one of the salesman. The next day I ask Scott to see if he could get me pre-approved before we drove down (it's a 4 hour drive from Tunnel Hill, GA to Cochran, GA) and I was leaving the dealership driving my truck on Friday morning around 11am. Three day turn around.
